Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can also place orders as a guest. However, there are some benefits to having an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process
  • Easy viewing of your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click Lost password?, and you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

Is there an exchange rate?

All our transactions are based in US dollars. If your credit card uses another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your issuing bank processes the transaction.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or COD (cash on delivery).

Is my online order secure?

When purchasing online with a credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Then, your information is encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order or any part of an order at our sole discretion, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order has been canceled, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment.

Any cancellation after the order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it’s just a second later), as the merchant processor/credit card will charge us a cancellation fee.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set up my shipping address?

Since our website and services are based in English, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation. If certain letters in your address contain non-English letters, it is recommended that you use similar English letters.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address, not your vacation address, as we do not know how long the customs department of the destination will hold the package.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you select. After your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information the next day, as tracking information is usually available 24 hours after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately email you the tracking information. Typically, you will receive the tracking number the day after we ship.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.

What if an item is missing from my order?

If there is something missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order date and will be shipped the next day after processing. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and promotional seasons.

If you have not received a tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing payment, please contact us.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may have to pay customs duties and taxes after you receive your order.

We may charge import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees upon arrival at the final destination, with specific fees determined by your local customs.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility, and we do not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For more detailed information on fees, please contact your local customs office.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Orders that meet the minimum amount requirement are eligible for free shipping, except for discounted items, promotional items, and oversized/overweight items. Your order will be shipped via an economical shipping method.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions after the return has been approved.

Does my return include shipping costs?

All return shipping costs and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the items, and all relevant reference materials when you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take?

Processing a return can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card issuer’s bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned goods or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuer to inquire when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you have not yet received your return credit, please do the following: contact your bank/credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be posted to your account.
